The Belize High Commission successfully spearheaded the first Immigration Service Clinic held in Dubai in May 2016, which came as a result of increasing requests by Belizean nationals in the region and a proposal following the February 2016 Dinner with the Belizean Diaspora co-hosted by Mrs. Kim Simplis Barrow in Dubai. The Clinic successfully met its target goal and was received well by those nationals who did and did not take part in the Clinic.
The team that travelled to Dubai for the Clinic comprised two (2) Immigration officials and one (1) BHC staff member.
